GMEP Workshop Series Continues: Pitch Training with The Undutchables

As part of the Global Market Entry Programme (GMEP), we recently hosted the third workshop in our series at our Paris office, focusing this time on pitch training—an essential skill for companies looking to enter or expand in the French market.
Mastering the Art of the Pitch
Delivering a compelling, concise, and market-adapted pitch is a critical factor in successfully engaging potential clients, partners, or investors. To help participants develop these skills, we were delighted to welcome Emmanuele van Houdenhoven-Collard from Undutchables Recruitment Agency, who joined forces with our GMEP team member Ghalia Zebiri. Together, they guided participants through the key elements of an effective pitch:
Structuring the message: How to communicate the essence of your business clearly and logically.
Refining delivery: Techniques to convey confidence, enthusiasm, and credibility.
Adapting to the French business culture: Understanding local expectations and communication styles to maximize impact.
Participants left the session equipped with practical tools and actionable insights they could immediately implement, strengthening their readiness for the French market.
Building on Cultural Insights
This workshop naturally built on our previous session on Franco-Dutch business dynamics, highlighting GMEP’s holistic approach. Our goal is not only to prepare companies with market knowledge but also to equip them with the communication and cultural skills necessary to thrive in France.
A Heartfelt Thank You
We extend our gratitude to Emmanuele van Houdenhoven-Collard for her engaging and hands-on approach, and to all participants for their active involvement and energy. Special thanks also go to Elisa van Maanen-Gentzsch from The Hague & Partners for initiating this programme and supporting Dutch companies in their international growth.
